Yardi Support Specialist

Role Overview

Responsible for the support and training of all Yardi property functions and other technical programs. Reviews rent roll data for accuracy and interacts with the accounting department on financial issues.

What You Will Do

Provide daily phone and e-mail support for properties regarding Yardi and other technical programs. Perform reconciliation, research, and troubleshoot discrepancies as related to the rent roll and accounts receivable.

Requirements

• On-site experience and previous bookkeeping required
• Extensive experience with Yardi, on-site accounting processes and controls
• Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent writing and communications skills, including proper grammar and email etiquette
• Ability to speak in front of groups of people
• Basic understanding of accounting functions
• Ability to travel overnight as required, approximately 30%
• Ability to coordinate activities and meet deadlines
• Ability to collaborate with peers on training and support objectives
