Job description
The Yardi Specialist is responsible for supporting, training, and maintaining data integrity in Yardi for assigned properties managed by the John Stewart Company. The role requires strong communication skills, a competent command of spreadsheet software, and an understanding of Yardi property management software and affordable housing property management.
Provide oversight and training of the Yardi system, troubleshoot application issues, mentor and train team members, and represent the Property Management team on implementation projects.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience/training/certification in Yardi, strong time and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical staff.
