Job Description
Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting and intermediate repair of apartment and public areas utility systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, as well as overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas.
Requirements
- High School or GED
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a Senior Living or Residential Apartment environment
- Knowledge of residential building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliances
- Knowledge of HVAC
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents and staff
- Flexibility and integrity
- Ability to work with residents and staff
