Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our integrative and collaborative outpatient psychiatry practice in Austin Texas. Our goal is to establish a new standard for a positive and supportive culture, allowing therapists to truly thrive in their practice.
Requirements
- Masters or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Current and full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Expert clinical engagement skills with patients and supports
- Commitment to maintain ethical standards and confidentiality
- Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
