Job Description
Roots Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their outpatient psychiatry practice in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide support and assistance to patients in their mental health journey, working closely with them to develop personalized treatment plans.
Requirements
- Masters or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Current and full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Expert clinical engagement skills with patients and supports
- Commitment to maintain ethical standards and confidentiality
- Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
