Manager, Mid-Market Sales

Hightouch is a modern AI platform for marketing and growth teams, and we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to grow our Mid-Market sales team. This role requires 3+ years of software sales leadership experience, expertise in building and motivating sales teams, and a consistent achievement of sales goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Account Executives, providing feedback and coaching, and developing a team that captures net-new business within their assigned territory.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software sales leadership experience
• Expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting revenue targets
• Process oriented and data driven approach to managing forecasts in tools like Salesforce while scaling repeatable sales processes like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message

Benefits

• On-Target Earnings: $300,000- $350,000
• Base Salary: $150,000-$175,000 annually
• Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options
