We are seeking a Vice President, Social to join Highwire’s digital and social team and deliver world-class strategies for clients across B2B technology, cybersecurity, professional services, healthcare, energy, and sustainability. The role offers the opportunity to shape impactful social programs while contributing to new business initiatives and helping clients achieve measurable results.
Requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic counsel and helping clients achieve their social and digital goals.
- Design, implement, and measure social and digital campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
- Collaborate with SVP/EVP and account teams to ensure social strategies align with overall client objectives.
- Mentor and coach digital associates, providing feedback and supporting their career growth.
- Provide insights on messaging, content delivery, and audience engagement to maximize impact.
- Participate in new business efforts, including contributing creative ideas, pitch materials, and client case studies.
- Stay current on social media trends, platforms, and emerging technologies, sharing insights internally and externally.
- Support agency operations by mentoring staff, prioritizing responsibilities, and promoting best practices.
- Represent Highwire at professional events to build thought leadership and industry connections.
