We are seeking a Vice President, Social to join Highwire's digital and social team and deliver world-class strategies for clients across B2B technology, cybersecurity, professional services, healthcare, energy, and sustainability. This role offers the opportunity to shape impactful social programs while contributing to new business initiatives and helping clients achieve measurable results.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or advertising agency roles.
- Proven success developing and executing digital and social strategies for clients across B2B technology, cybersecurity, professional services, healthcare, energy, and sustainability.
- Strong client-facing experience with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Expertise in both organic and paid social campaigns, with experience in content strategy and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire teams while ensuring high-quality work.
- Experience contributing to new business development, including pitch support and client growth initiatives.
- Strategic, data-driven thinker with the ability to adapt voice, tone, and approach for different clients and audiences.
- Knowledge of social media and content marketing as part of integrated communications programs.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategy is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
