Job Description
The Chief Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, supervising technicians, and ensuring compliance with life safety systems. The position requires experience in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, construction, and life safety fields, as well as leadership and training skills. A valid driver's license and a bachelor's degree in one of these fields are also required.
