Chief Engineer

The Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing the building maintenance of the property, including interior and exterior work, and ensuring technical competence and compliance with codes and criteria.

Requirements

• High School Degree; preferred education; AA degree in industry
• Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience as a Maintenance employee in a supervisory role in hi-rise buildings
• Must be HVAC Certified and/or have a comparable technical school certification
• Must have strong working knowledge of basic trades, such as, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting standard principles and practices
• Must be proficient and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license
