Job Description
The Chief Engineer is responsible for the oversight of building maintenance, including interior and exterior of the building. This person must be knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering.
Requirements
- High School Degree or AA degree in industry
- 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance employee in a supervisory role in hi-rise buildings
- HVAC Certification and/or comparable technical school certification
- Strong working knowledge of basic trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting standard principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
- Valid Florida driver's license
