Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician responsible for overall maintenance of building, utility systems, and equipment. Performs repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks, and builds strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of state and local building codes
• Customer service skills
• Basic computer skills including the use of Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Availability for emergency calls at night, weekends, and holidays on an alternating 2-week schedule (on-Call)
• Maintain a current Driver’s License
• EPA Certification
