Senior US Securities Counsel

Hiive is a fintech/marketplace startup connecting buyers and sellers of stock of pre-IPO companies. We are seeking a senior securities counsel to provide expert legal counsel and support the smooth operation of our marketplace business.

Requirements

• JD or LLB, and license to practice law in at least one state.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience at a top US law firm or corporate in-house setting.
• Experience advising fintech companies or financial institutions, such as investment banks, private funds, exchanges or trading platforms, or broker-dealers/intermediaries.
