Life360 is seeking a Corporate Securities Senior Counsel to advise on US corporate and securities matters, including public company regulations, corporate secretary and governance matters, subsidiary and legal entity management, M&A, corporate finance, and partnerships. The role requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, independent judgment, and a results-oriented approach.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience working on public company matters and transactions
- Deep understanding of SEC reporting requirements and federal securities laws
- Advanced knowledge of proxy statement preparation and shareholder meeting logistics
- Strong understanding of stock exchange listing requirements
- JD and admission to at least one US state bar
- Combination of prior law firm and in-house corporate law experience a plus
- Familiarity with ASX listing requirements for a foreign-exempt filer a plus
- Experience quickly issue-spotting, analyzing, and clearly communicating advice on complex legal issues
- Strong collaboration skills to successfully work across business functions
- Self-starter who is curious, embraces technology and thrives in a dynamic environment
