Requirements
- 1–3+ years of B2B sales or SDR/BDR experience, ideally in healthcare, employer benefits, HR tech, or adjacent markets
- Proven track record of consistent outbound activity and quota attainment
- Fluency with cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- High-agency mindset — you build your own lists, write your own copy, and find your own path in
- Strong written and verbal communication; you can write a cold email that actually gets opened
- Comfortable selling to HR and benefits buyers, or eager to learn fast
- Organized and disciplined with pipeline hygiene, follow-through, and next-step ownership
- Hungry to grow — you see this as a launching pad, not a parking spot
