Job Description
Seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to provide facilities engineering expertise for Hilcorp's L48 Asset Teams. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a broad range of oil and gas applications including compression, treating, dehydration, wellsite facilities, gathering systems, gas processing, tank batteries, saltwater disposal, closed-vent systems, and measurement.
Requirements
- Identify and develop recommendations for initiatives and projects to optimize production, improve reliability, reduce costs, and prevent future problems.
- Employ engineering expertise to troubleshoot complex operational problems and develop solutions.
- Perform process, compressor performance, and gathering system hydraulic modeling in support of assigned projects and facility optimization.
- Provide engineering support for environmental compliance such as closed vent system designs.
- Supervise and approve facility modifications, installation, decommissioning, and other related work as well as monitoring costs.
- Ensure alignment with Hilcorp policies and practices and applicable codes, recommended practices, and all government regulations.
