Pastry Chef or Cook

The Six String Grill is seeking a Pastry Chef or Cook to direct and oversee the pastry and baking functions of the kitchen, including menu development, inventory, and cost control. The ideal candidate will have creativity, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, with experience in culinary school or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

Requirements

• Creativity and knowledge of how to create new concepts in pies and cakes
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Team-orientation and willingness to work and support the kitchen on prep and other duties
• Food Handlers certification
• Either currently in culinary school or 2 years minimum experience
