- Oversee Hill's website, microsites and digital brand presence
- Define KPIs, track results and report insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Product and Design teams
- Manage digital budgets, external agencies and key supplier relationships
- Champion Hill's brand identity and tone of voice across all digital channels
- Support PR strategy and lead on digital content and media engagement
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and in-house digital capability
