Requirements
- Experience within property sales, international sales coordination, or sales administration
- Understanding of the property purchase process, conveyancing, and compliance requirements (AML, GDPR)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with international clients and external partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management systems
- Experience liaising with agents, solicitors, brokers, and internal stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach to workload
- Ability to work independently and collaborally within a team
- Additional language skills advantageous but not essential
