Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Waterford Place in Loveland, OH. The role requires a hands-on and hard-working individual with an eye for details to maintain all areas of the property and perform service requests for residents.
Requirements
- HVAC certification preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Thorough working knowledge of building maintenance.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and written.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
- Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, user mover aids, cleaning fluids, etc.
