Job Description
HILLS Properties has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join the team at Relay 129 in Liberty Township, Ohio. As a maintenance technician, you will play a key role in upholding our high standards and reputation by maintaining all areas of the property and performing service requests for residents.
Requirements
- HVAC certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Thorough working knowledge of building maintenance
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
