Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team at our luxury apartment community in Mason, Ohio. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for maintaining all areas of the property, performing service requests for residents, and upholding our high standards and reputation.
Requirements
- HVAC certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Thorough working knowledge of building maintenance
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
- Knowledge and skill in safe use and maintenance of hand tools
