Job Description
Hillside is offering youth care professionals a $1,000 signing bonus for positions supporting youth and families in a trauma-informed environment. The role involves creating a safe and nurturing atmosphere, providing relationship-based support, and helping youth achieve their full potential. This includes assisting with various aspects of the day-to-day operation of residents, including mentoring, life skills training, and emergency assistance.
Requirements
- CPR certification (or obtained within 60 days of hire)
- Valid NYS driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED
