Job Description
This Youth Care Professional I position focuses on supporting the day-to-day functioning of residents and delivering relationship-based, trauma-informed solutions. The role involves creating a safe and supportive environment, providing mentoring, emotional support, and assisting with activities. It's a full-time position with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- CPR certification or obtained within 60 days of hire.
- NYS driver’s license with clean driving record and insurance coverage.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (communication, ethics, cultural competence).
