Job Description
Hillside is seeking a Youth Care Professional I to support residents in a supportive, trauma-informed environment. This role focuses on building relationships, providing education and resources, and ensuring a safe and trauma-centered environment for youth and families. The position requires maintaining vigilance and responding appropriately to resident safety concerns.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR certification
- Valid NYS driver’s license (minimum 1 year clean record)
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (including emotional competence, de-escalation, and ethical conduct)
- Ability to complete documentation promptly
