Job Description
The Youth Care Professional I provides relationship-based support to youth and families, facilitating the achievement of their full potential. This FLEX position requires a commitment to trauma-informed care, safety, and maintaining a safe and warm environment. Responsibilities include mentoring, emotional support, life skills training, and assisting with after-school and weekend activities.
Requirements
- CPR certification required or obtained within 60 days.
- Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of basic life skills training (examples: cooking, cleaning, setting table, personal hygiene).
