Job Description
The Youth Care Professional I, under the FLEX position, provides relationship-based, trauma-informed solutions to youth and families in a supportive environment. This role focuses on creating a safe, warm atmosphere, assisting with education and life skills training, and facilitating positive outcomes. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, assisting with extracurricular activities, and following agency protocols.
Requirements
- CPR certification or obtained within 60 days of hire
- Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean driving record
