Loan Originator NE

The Loan Originator is responsible for marketing and promoting PrimeLending products and services, establishing relationships with realtors and other clients, and overseeing the loan process from application to closing. They must stay abreast of local real estate market trends and communicate loan status to interested parties.

Requirements

• Evaluates PrimeLending’s and other loan products and services
• Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and new home sales representatives
• Markets and promotes PrimeLending’s financial products
• Originates loans and meets minimum production standards
• Monitors overall customer interaction and interfaces with all parties involved on each individual loan
