Job Description
PlainsCapital Bank is seeking a Premier Services Representative to provide full-service, on-demand concierge banking to a high-net-worth client base. This role involves account management, wire transfers, currency exchange, debit card resolutions, and creating new business opportunities. The position requires maintaining professional relationships with both clients and management.
Requirements
- Coordinates with Lending Officers to provide personal and business products and services.
- Generates leads and analyzes potential customer background information.
- Maintains client contact through telephone, mail, or email communication.
- Provides 24-hour concierge services including cash delivery, account management, and wire transfers.
