Job Description
Alliance Aviation Services is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented FBO Operations Coordinator to join our growing team at Perot Field in Fort Worth, TX. This role plays a vital part in delivering seamless, high-touch service to pilots, crew, and passengers.
Requirements
- Communicate fuel order information to appropriate teams
- Coordinate and track all miscellaneous service requests (LAV, potable water, oil, etc.)
- Utilize software platforms to track inbound and outbound aircraft as well as service requests
- Coordinate daily customer pull times
- Maintain lines of communication with Line Operation Specialists, Customer Service Representatives, and Concierge department members through the use of two-way radios
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
