The Hilton Anatole in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Director of Banquets to lead the Banquet and Catering operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of Banquet management experience in a high volume environment, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to create extraordinary experiences.
Requirements
- Reporting directly to the Director of Banquet Operations
- Overseeing 1 Senior Banquet Manager, 1 Banquet Manager, and 100-150 Banquet Front of House Team Members
- Assisting in the administration of all Banquet and Catering operations
- Developing and implementing department service guidelines and standards
- Monitoring and developing team member performance
- Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Acting in absence of the Director, as needed
