Job Description
The Hilton Anatole is seeking an Assistant Director of Banquets to assist in the direction and administration of the Banquet and Catering operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating extraordinary experiences and at least 2 years of Banquet management experience in a high volume environment.
Requirements
- Assist the Director in the administration of all Banquet and Catering operations
- Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of department service guidelines and standards
- Recruit, interview and train team members
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends
