Barback (Seasonal) - Hotel del Coronado, A Curio Collection by Hilton

The Hotel del Coronado is seeking a Barback (seasonal) to join the Food & Beverage team. The Barback will be responsible for preparing and servicing permanent and portable bars throughout the hotel, retrieving orders, preparing the bar, checking with and assisting the bartender, transporting taps, and maintaining cleanliness.

Requirements

• 1 year of bartending or barback experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
