Barback (Seasonal) - Hotel del Coronado, A Curio Collection by Hilton

The iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for a Barback (seasonal) to join the Food & Beverage team. The Barback will be responsible for preparing and servicing permanent and portable bars throughout the hotel.

Requirements

• Retrieve orders from storeroom and reconcile with written requisitions
• Prepare the bar by cutting, slicing and peeling perishable garnishes and fruits
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators and storage areas
