Job Description
Join the Food & Beverage team at the iconic Hotel del Coronado as a Barback (seasonal). Prepare and service permanent and portable bars throughout the hotel, maintain cleanliness, and assist the bartender with stock and maintenance.
Requirements
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and reconcile with written requisitions
- Prepare the bar by cutting, slicing and peeling perishable garnishes and fruits
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators and storage areas
