Requirements
- Extensive experience in commercial leadership roles, with at least 5 years in sales, marketing, or revenue management, preferably in a major metropolitan/resort market.
- Strong knowledge of the digital distribution landscape.
- Strong understanding of the Bangkok/Thailand hospitality market, particularly for group and MICE business.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, revenue management, and property management systems (e.g., Salesforce, STR, PMS).
