The Commis I prepares, cooks and bakes food in designated areas of the kitchen for Guests and Team Members by following instructions and standards. As a Commis I, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to the highest standards, including preparing food, supporting the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, and maintaining HACCP aspects within the hotel’s operation.
