We're looking for a Conference & Events Sales Executive who thrives on momentum, energy and results to help maximise revenue and elevate the guest experience.
Requirements
- Converting incoming conference and events enquiries into confirmed business, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue, yield and conversion across all event enquiries
- Managing the events diary to optimise space, timing and revenue outcomes
- Applying a confident and consistent upâselling approach to maximise value for both the client and the business
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their objectives and tailoring solutions to suit
- Hosting hotel site inspections and show rounds to showcase our spaces and capabilities
- Coordinating the endâtoâend administration and seamless execution of events, ensuring every detail is covered
- Supporting and participating in hotel promotional activities and sales initiatives
