Conference and Events Sales Executive

We're looking for a Conference & Events Sales Executive who thrives on momentum, energy and results to help maximise revenue and elevate the guest experience. As a Conference & Events Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in growing our events portfolio and ensuring every experience runs seamlessly from enquiry to execution.

Requirements

• Convert incoming conference and events enquiries into confirmed business, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase revenue, yield and conversion across all event enquiries
• Manage the events diary to optimise space, timing and revenue outcomes
• Apply a confident and consistent up-selling approach to maximise value for both the client and the business
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their objectives and tailoring solutions to suit
• Host hotel site inspections and show rounds to showcase our spaces and capabilities
• Coordinate the end-to-end administration and seamless execution of events, ensuring every detail is covered
• Support and participate in hotel promotional activities and sales initiatives
