[Conrad Tokyo] Recruitment Executive(SPV)

The Recruitment Executive is responsible for the hotel's annual recruitment strategy plan, driving recruitment activities to ensure recruitment effectiveness meets hotel business requirements, maintaining and improving the standards as the best employer brand in the market.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of extensive Human Resources experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in an international hotel
• Good communication skills in both Japanese and English to meet business needs
• Good organization and coordination skills
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws
• Familiar with computer systems
• Result driven and can work under pressure
• Good presentation skills
