[Conrad Tokyo] Recruitment Executive(SPV)

Conrad Tokyo is seeking a Recruitment Executive to develop and implement the hotel's annual recruitment strategy, drive recruitment activities, and maintain high standards as a top employer brand. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in an international hotel setting, with excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of extensive Human Resources experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in an international hotel
• Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Good organization and coordination skills
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws
• Familiar with computer systems
• Result driven and can work under pressure
• Good presentation skills
