Job Description
The Hilton Des Moines Downtown is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead the team and develop the financial results of the operation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader focusing on the development of the team and the operation of the Food & Beverage department.
Requirements
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department
- Monitor and develop schedules for the operation of all restaurants and bars to achieve a profitable result
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Assist the departmental managers in establishing and achieving predetermined profit objectives
- Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction
