Job Description
The Hilton Des Moines Downtown is seeking an innovative Director of Food and Beverage to lead the team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader focusing on the development of the team as well as the financial results of the operation.
Requirements
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department
- Monitor and implement schedules for the operation of all restaurants and bars
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement operating tools necessary for modern management principles
- Insure compliance with Hilton Hotels Corporation policies and procedures
