Requirements
- Extensive experience in human resources leadership, with at least 7-10 years in a senior HR role, preferably in international hotel brand hotels
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and talent management strategies
- Proven track record in remote working environments and resort-style hotel operations
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong background in Learning & Development, with proven skills in employer branding and career development initiatives
- Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
