Director of Human Resources - Hilton Quang Hanh Onsen Resort

The Director of Human Resources will develop and execute a comprehensive human resources strategy that supports the company's long-term business objectives and culture. The role requires strategic HR leadership, talent acquisition and management, employee relations and engagement, training and development, compliance and policy implementation, HR operations management, performance management, and organizational development.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in human resources leadership, with at least 7-10 years in a senior HR role, preferably in international hotel brand hotels
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and talent management strategies
• Proven track record in remote working environments and resort-style hotel operations
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong background in Learning & Development, with proven skills in employer branding and career development initiatives
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
