Director of Sales

We are seeking a Director of Sales to oversee day-to-day sales efforts, direct sales, training, and implement action plans. The Director of Sales will be responsible for promoting and selling all hotel products, leading a team to achieve sales targets, and developing sales plans.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales and hospitality
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Good English and Chinese reading and writing skills
