Hilton Queenstown Hotel is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee the safe, compliant, and effective operation of the hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing VIP guest interactions, leading the Front Office team, and ensuring high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 1 year's experience working as a Hotel Duty Manager within a 200+ room Hotel
- Minimum of 2 years Front Office experience
- Valid Manager's Certificate and Liquor Controller Qualification
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Knowledge of OnQ PM system preferred
- Full Driver's License
- Ability to work a rotating roster including overnight shifts
- Customer focused with a passion for contributing to and enhancing our guests experience, whilst being culturally aware and flexible
