Job Description
As an Events Coordinator at Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street, you will be responsible for creating accurate and comprehensive event orders, working with clients, and delivering exceptional experiences. You will have previous experience in hospitality, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in meeting room set-ups and audio visual services.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in hospitality for at least 1 year
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and administration skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in meeting room set-ups, audio visual and other support services
- Well-presented and work well under pressure
