Events Manager

Curio Zemi Miches is seeking an Events Manager to oversee the successful planning and execution of all Conference & Events within the hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, sales, and customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and guests.

Requirements

• Maximize Meeting & Events Sales revenue opportunities
• Ensure the highest standards of Event Management
• Manage the department's day-to-day operations and activities
• Develop a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts
• Build strong relationships with customers, Guests and Team Members
• Accurate administration and control of all Meetings and Events related reservations and blocks
• Support the Food & Beverage operations and room reservations team with information as required
• Attend Sales events, as required
• Support in other properties within the Cluster as required
