Head Chef

Conrad London St. James is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and drive culinary innovation, with a focus on elevated South Asian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
• Exposure to elevated South Asian cuisine and a strong understanding of complex spices and flavor profiles
• Passion for innovation and the ability to evolve a culinary concept in line with strategic direction
• Positive, engaging leadership style that actively enhances the team culture, promoting collaboration, respect, and a consistently high-performance environment
• Strong communication, and team development skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Solid commercial acumen, with experience managing costs and driving profitability
• Relevant food hygiene qualifications and a strong understanding of compliance standards
